Contact Us
Questions about 1v1 video chat, your account or a charge? Real people answer — most messages get a reply within a day.
Where to write
Email [email protected]. It reaches the support team directly — no forms, no ticket number to chase, and no account required to write in.
What to include
For an account question, send the username. For a technical problem, tell us your device and browser plus what happened instead of what should have happened. For a payment question, include the date and any order reference. For a report about another user, say roughly when the session happened and what went on.
Safety reports
Use the in-app Report button first — it attaches the session, which makes moderation far faster. Then email us if the matter is urgent: a suspected minor, a threat, non-consensual recording, or an attempt at extortion all get fast-tracked. Reports stay confidential; the other person is never told who made them.
Payments and accidental charges
If you think you were charged by mistake, write to us before going to your card issuer — most mistakes are cleared up directly and quickly. Include the date, the amount and what you meant to buy. On KiwiCam every paid extra shows its price before you confirm, so a charge with no price shown is itself worth reporting.
Privacy requests
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for your account and profile data to be deleted. Email the address above with the subject "privacy request". What we store, and what we deliberately never store, is set out in the privacy policy.
Before you write
The help center already answers the common ones: camera permissions, how matching works, what verification means, blocking, and how extras are priced. If you want an answer now rather than tomorrow, start there.
Response times
Most messages are answered within one working day; safety reports go to the front of the queue. We reply in English. Partnership and press enquiries are welcome at the same address.
