Starting a match

KiwiCam runs in your browser. Open the site, let your browser use the camera and microphone when it asks, and start matching — the usual wait is under a minute. There is no download, no app store, and nothing to install before your first call.

What happens when you match

You are paired with a woman who is online at that moment, and both cameras come on. It is a two-way 1v1 video chat, not a feed and not a public room. If it is not working for you, press Next — you will be matched again, and neither side owes the other a reason.

If your camera or mic is not working

Work through these in order. If the other person cannot see you, your browser has probably blocked access — click the camera icon in the address bar, set it to Allow, and reload. If the browser says the camera is busy, another app is using it (video call apps and screen recorders are the usual offenders); close it and reload. If audio stutters, move closer to the router or switch off a VPN, which is a common cause of choppy video.

What "verified" means here

Every woman passes a live camera check before her profile goes live, and moderators watch the platform. Verification is why KiwiCam feels different from open roulette sites: it makes bots, fake profiles and recorded streams genuinely hard to run. If a stream ever seems off, report it.

Privacy during a call

Calls run peer-to-peer over WebRTC with DTLS-SRTP encryption and are not recorded by us. Your history is not shown to the women you talk to or to anyone else, and you can leave a call at any second. The privacy policy has the full picture.

Blocking, skipping, reporting

All three live inside the call. Blocking prevents future matches with that person. Reporting sends the session to moderators and stays confidential. If the matter is urgent, follow the report with an email to [email protected].

What costs money

Matching and public chat are free, and browsing is free. Private rooms, tips and gifts are optional, priced in plain sight before you confirm — no per-minute meter, no silent renewals. If a charge looks wrong, email support with the date and any order reference.

Your account

You can browse KiwiCam with no account at all. With one, you can edit your profile or delete the account whenever you want — deletion removes your profile data. Logging out is not deletion; if you want to disappear, delete.
