The rules for KiwiCam: 18+ only, one person per account, respect in every room — and what happens when someone breaks them.

Who may use KiwiCam

KiwiCam is an adults-only service for live 1v1 video chat between consenting adults. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 and that this kind of video chat is legal where you are. Accounts belonging to minors are closed on discovery.

Accounts

Browsing needs no account. Matching creates a lightweight one, so the other person knows they are talking to a real user rather than a blank camera. Keep it to yourself — one person per account — and remember that what happens under your account is your responsibility.

How matching works

You are paired with a woman who is online, usually in under a minute. Both cameras are on; this is a two-way conversation, not a performance you watch. Either side can press Next at any moment and end the call — no explanation owed in either direction. Matching is free to start, and optional extras are priced before you confirm them.

Not allowed

You may not appear on camera while under 18; put another person on camera without their consent; record, screenshot or re-broadcast anyone; harass or threaten; request or offer anything illegal; advertise or spam; or move a conversation to an off-platform payment. That last one is the most common scam in this category, and it is banned outright. The behaviour rules in full are in our community guidelines.

Extras and payment

Matching is free; there is no per-minute meter. Private rooms, tips and gifts are optional, always showing a price before you confirm. We do not run subscriptions that renew unless you cancel. If something was charged by mistake, contact support — accidental purchases are handled routinely.

Moderation

Moderators can end a call, restrict features, suspend or close an account when these terms are broken. Cases involving minors, non-consensual recording or fraud are closed permanently and may be reported to the authorities.

What you keep

You keep the rights to what you show and write on KiwiCam. Using the platform allows us to run it — deliver your stream to the person you are matched with, display your profile, keep the place safe. Since we do not record calls, there is no recording for anyone to license.

Changes

The service is provided as-is and features may change. If these terms change, the new version is published on this page, and continuing to use KiwiCam means you accept it.
